Rapid Response Service Crew
At Mission, we are committed to a partnership with our municipality partners far beyond a transaction. We understand how important it is to keep your fleet vehicles in service, which is why we have committed the resources to consistently ensuring that we have a crew on stand-by, ready to retrieve a vehicle which may go down, and quickly transport it to our certified Chevrolet, Dodge or Ram service shop or to Mission Headquarters for any Warranty or drivability repairs. Any time a partner agency vehicle is at our facility for any reason, our team of technicians will perform a full system multi-point inspection free of charge to ensure all factory and added equipment is in proper working order. Partner agencies will receive priority order and a discounted shop rate on any non-warranty service repairs.
